The 9th Innovative SME Conference organized by COTEC, on the 25th of November, under the theme: “The Sustainable Sourcing Advantage, a New Priority for Innovative SMEs” was the motto for the promotion and presentation of developed products within the project. The functional granules developed (Food) were incorporated into other foods, such as granola, energy bars and served to the participants, during the “Better Choices Lounge” showcase. The initiative was very successful in adhesion and positive feedback.
